Moving your event and trade show materials and supplies in and out of the Penticton Trade and Convention Centre is a snap thanks to our two loading bays plus our handling equipment.

For questions about move-in/move-out facilities and times, please refer to your Exhibitor Services Guide supplied by Show Management, or speak directly with your Show Manager.

Carts are available for load-in and load-out but exhibitors are strongly suggested to bring their own carts.

Customers are urged to unload and then park in exhibitor parking.
Loading Bays
The Penticton Trade and Convention Centre offers two, ground-level loading bays. Loading Bay C is a 16’ x 16’ drive-in bay, and Loading Bay B is a 10’ x 10’ loading door.

How to find our loading bays
Shipping and Receiving
We kindly request exhibitors coordinate shipments, freight, and storage directly with the show decorator. Please note that we do not have a shipping and receiving department. After the event, exhibitors are encouraged to manage the return shipping of their materials through the show decorator, ensuring a smooth process. Any materials left behind will be redirected to the show decorator at the exhibitor’s expense.
Please note: The PTCC will not accept any third-party shipments on customers’ behalf.
