The City of Penticton has activated its Emergency Operations Centre and is serving as a host community for evacuees. This remains an evolving situation. While there is no immediate risk to Penticton residents, the City is encouraging people to stay informed and take steps to be prepared should conditions change.

Interior Health response to Bald Range wildfire
Interior Health (IH) has opened a dedicated call centre for families seeking updates on evacuated residents from Dr. Andrew Pavillion and Summerland Seniors Village.
Families can now call 1-833-971-5045 for information about their loved ones.
Call centre hours:
- Saturday/Sunday – 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Monday – Friday – 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
