Choose from one of seven meeting rooms, 16 person boardroom, and divisible ballrooms for your next meetings or seminars. From theatre, classroom, u-shaped, half-rounds or boardroom style, we create a space conducive to connecting and learning. We can host meetings as small as three people, and theatre style seminars for 3,400 people.
When you rent one of our meeting rooms, your rental includes:
- set up of your choice (including tables, linens, chairs) with a custom work order and floor plan
- podium with a standing microphone, into our house sound
- event manager on duty
- operations staff for custodial services, day of modifications and clean up
- free parking
- complimentary wi-fi
Food and Beverage
We offer a variety of menus that range from a simple coffee service to delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner experiences. If your group prefers boxed lunches or has dietary restrictions, our catering team will always accommodate your food preferences.
Audio Visual Services
SW Audio Visual is our preferred, in-house provider. They offer a complete range of audio visual and presentation technology services. SW Audio Visual also rents flip charts, white boards, and more. If you'd like to source another supplier or bring in your own equipment, patch fees will apply.
Our venue is fully capable of hosting your hybrid meetings. Our dedicated Operations Team and colleagues from SW Event Technology will work with groups on setting up this service.
