Due to logistical issues The Northern Exposure Tour featuring Steel Panther and Buckcherry, scheduled for Wednesday, April 16, at the Penticton Trade and Convention Centre has been cancelled. Customers who purchased tickets with a credit card will have the ticket price and the per-ticket fee automatically reversed beginning on Wednesday April 23rd.
Please be advised credit card refunds can take between 5-12 days to post on your statements. Please contact the Valley First Box Office (at the SOEC) at SOEC-BoxOffice@oakviewgroup.com if a credit card refund has not occurred by Wednesday May 7th.
For Cash and debit purchases, refunds can only be issued in person at the Valley First Box Office at the SOEC from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. All refunds must be completed by Wednesday October 1st.

General Admission tickets are $75.00* and VIP packages can be purchased online at www.ValleyFirstTix.com or in person at the Valley First Box Office (at the SOEC). This is an all ages show.
Clear Bag Policy
Aligning with industry standards, the Penticton Trade and Convention Centre will be enforcing measures, like the “Clear Bag Policy,” to create a safe environment ensuring public safety and expedite entry during security checks for this event.
Clear bags and small purse/belt bag/clutch wallets will only be permitted for this event.
Clear bags must be:
– Clear plastic, vinyl, or PC, 12″x6″x12″
– One gallon clear freezer bags (ex: ziplock)
– Clear backpacks no larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″ with no more than two pockets
Small purses/belt bag/Clutch/Wallets must be:
– Bags sized 4.5″ x 6.5″ or smaller are acceptable to bring to the venue with one clear bag option.
