Resident electors must produce two (2) pieces of identification (at least one with a signature). Picture identification is not necessary. The identification must prove both residency and identity. \n\n\n\nNon-resident property electors must produce two (2) pieces of identification (at least one with a signature) to prove identity\, proof that they are entitled to register in relation to the property (ownership)\, and\, if there is more than one owner of the property\, written consent from the majority of the property owners. \n\n\n\nAt the time of voting you will be required to make a declaration that you meet the following qualification requirements: \n\n\n\n\n18 years of age or older on general voting day (April 5\, 2025)\n\n\n\nCanadian citizen\n\n\n\nResident of BC for at least 6 months immediately preceding the day of registration\n\n\n\nCurrent resident of Penticton\, OR registered owner of real property in the City of Penticton for at least 30 days immediately preceding the day of registration\, and\n\n\n\nnot disqualified under the Local Government Act or any other enactment from voting in an election or otherwise disqualified by law.

Every April\, Penticton is host to one of the largest and longest running annual beer festivals in the Pacific Northwest. This two-day event features great entertainment\, fabulous food and the opportunity to sample a diverse array of quality crafted beverages.  \n\n\n\nOperating as a non-profit society\, organizers are committed to support and promote the growing world of quality brewery products\, local tourism and local charitable organizations. Since its inception\, over $800\,000 in net proceeds has been gifted back to qualifying registered charities! \n\n\n\nEvent Hours and Box Office Information \n\n\n\nTickets and will-call tickets are available for pick up at the Valley First Box Office (at the SOEC) Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
