DESCRIPTION:Due to unforeseen circumstances\, Hairball at the Penticton Trade & Convention Centre\, originally scheduled for Saturday\, March 28\, has been cancelled. \n\n\n\nCustomers who purchased tickets with a credit card will have the ticket price and the per-ticket fee automatically reversed beginning March 5th\, 2026. Please be advised that credit card refunds can take between 5–10 days to post on your statements. Please contact the Valley First Box Office (at the SOEC) at SOEC-boxoffice@oakviewgroup.com if a credit card refund has not occurred by March 20th. \n\n\n\nFor cash and in person debit (Online Visa Debit/MasterCard Debit will be refunded automatically) purchases\, refunds can only be issued in person at the Valley First Box Office at the SOEC Monday to Friday\, 10:00am – 4:00pm.
