# 39th Annual Business Excellence Awards Gala

The 39th Annual Business Excellence Awards, presented by Doane Grant Thornton LLP, recognize the achievements of businesses, organizations and community leaders across Penticton and the South Okanagan.

Rooted in Excellence. Every success has a story. Every story begins with roots.

A garden begins with a seed. A business begins with an idea. Both take time, care, and the right conditions to grow. For businesses and organizations, that growth is shaped by the people involved the first customer, a trusted colleague, a local partnership, and the community that continues to support them.

From those just getting started to those that have served the region for decades, each has a story of hard work and relationships built along the way. This year’s theme recognizes those connections and their part in a strong business community.

Hosted by the Penticton Chamber of Commerce, the gala takes place on Saturday, January 30, 2027, at the Penticton Trade and Convention Centre. Décor inspired by an enchanted garden will set the scene for an evening of dinner, conversation and celebration as guests reconnect, meet fellow business and community leaders, and welcome this year’s award recipients.
